- 1 Box Trader Joes Corn Bread Mix
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese (of your choice)
- ¾ Cup Milk
- ½ Cup Pepper Jelly Flavor of your Choice
- ½ Cup Oil
- 2 Eggs

- Mix all Ingredients together.
- Pour into a greased 10 in. pie dish
- Bake at 350° for 30-45 min.
