Red Pepper Peanut Butter Chicken Wings
Peanut butter and Red Pepper Jelly sticky chicken wings. I can’t even tell you how good these are.

- 1/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup Pepper Delight Red Pepper Jelly
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon seasame oil
- 4 cloves crushed garlic

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, pepper jelly, rice vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, garlic.
- Whisk mashed potato flakes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large shallow bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Place coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn wings over, and return them to oven. Bake for another 30 minutes.
- Transfer chicken wings to the peanut butter jelly mixture, toss to coat.
- Return chicken wings to baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
