  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F.
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar
  3. Add eggs and vanilla to mixture
  4. Add flour and baking powder
  5. Roll out dough until desired thickness
  6. Cut dough with William Sonoma cookie cutter**
  7. Fill cookies with desired pepper jelly flavor
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.

  1. Mix 16oz. cream cheese in mixer until light and fluffy
  2. Add 8oz. Pineapple Pepper Jam, blend
  3. Place mixture on serving platter
  4. Pour remaining Pineapple Pepper Jam on top
  5. Sprinkle coconut over jam, followed by Macadamia nuts
  6. Serve with crackers or toasted baguette

  1. Let butter stand in room temperature until medium soft. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Sift flour, sugar, and salt into medium bowl, add rest of ingredients
  3. With your hands work all ingredients together, mixing well. Then turn sough in to lightly floured baking board and gently work a few seconds until dough is formed
  4. Pinch off pieces of dough to size of a big hazelnut and place in form and with your thumb even out the press dough in the bottom and sides of form
  5. Be careful not to let the dough extend above edge of form, as edges might break when shell is removed from form. An easy way to eliminate that, is to press finished form against palm of hand
  6. Bake

  1. Mix together all ingredients and fill baked, cooled shells
  2. Then put your choice of Pepper Jelly on top of filling

  1. Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Add pepper jelly to cream cheese.
  2. Mix until incorporated. Cut the whole loaf of rolls in half horizontally.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture over the bottom of the rolls. Replace top.
  4. Cut each roll into quarters. Put pieces into a 2 quart a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the blueberries over the bread, then pour the egg mixture on top. cover with tin foil.
  6. Bake for 30 min or until a cake tester (or knife) comes out clean.

  1. Place water in crock pot, place on high setting.
  2. Add meatballs & cover.
  3. Cook for 1 hr.
  4. Add pepper jelly, stir, cover. Reduce heat to low.
  5. They will be heated through in 2 hrs, however you can let them cook for several hours.
Recipe Notes

The longer meatballs cook the more the flavor will infuse the meat. Serve over white rice, on a hoagie roll or as an appetizer.

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk peanut butter, pepper jelly, rice vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil, garlic.
  4. Whisk mashed potato flakes, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large shallow bowl. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
  5. Place coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, turn wings over, and return them to oven. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer chicken wings to the peanut butter jelly mixture, toss to coat.
  7. Return chicken wings to baking sheet and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
