Ingredients: 1 lbs Butter; 2 Cups Sugar (Cream together with Butter); 2 Eggs; 2 Tbps Vanilla Extract (Add to Butter Mixture); 6 Cups Flour; 1 Tbps Baking Powder; 1/2 Tbps Pepper Jelly ((per cookie))

Ingredients

1 lbs Butter
2 Cups Sugar Cream together with Butter
2 Eggs
2 Tbps Vanilla Extract Add to Butter Mixture
6 Cups Flour
1 Tbps Baking Powder
1/2 Tbps Pepper Jelly (per cookie)

Instructions

Preheat Oven to 350°F.
Cream together the butter and sugar
Add eggs and vanilla to mixture
Add flour and baking powder
Roll out dough until desired thickness
Cut dough with William Sonoma cookie cutter**
Fill cookies with desired pepper jelly flavor
Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
